दोस्तों एक बात याद रखना जब आपसे कोई कहता है तो उसके बोले गए शब्द सिर्फ 7% ही उसका साथ देते हैं बाकी 93 बॉडी पर उसका कोई कंट्रोल नहीं होता और उसकी बॉडी लैंग्वेज ही आपको बता देगी कि वह आपसे सच बोल रहा है या नहीं तो आइए जानते हैं।

सबसे पहले नोटिस करने के सामने वाला आपसे बात करते समय आई कांटेक्ट कर रहा है या नहीं यदि वह आपसे आई कांटेक्ट नहीं कर रहा तो समझ जाइए कि या तो सामने वाला आपसे शर्म आ रहा है या आप में इंटरेस्ट नहीं है या तो आपसे झूठ बोल रहा है अब इनमें से क्या सही है यह आपको बॉडी लैंग्वेज देखकर समझ आ जाएगा।
यदि सामने वाला अपनी आंखों को दाएं तरफ घुमा रहा है तो समझ जाओ वह अपने मन में कुछ बना रहा है (इसका मतलब वह आपसे झूठ बोल रहा है)और यदि वह बाईं तरफ आंखें को घुमाता है तो उसका मतलब वह आपसे सच बोल रहा है।
दोस्तों जब हम कुछ इंटरेस्टिंग देखते हैं तो हमारी आंखें फल लगते हैं यदि आपकी बातें सुनकर सामने वाले की आंखें फैल रही है तो इसका मतलब यह है कि वह आपकी बातों को अच्छे से सुन रहा है।

सामने वाला व्यक्ति आपसे बात करते समय अपनी पलके नॉर्मल से ज्यादा झटका रहा है तो समझ जाओ कि वह किसी बात को लेकर परेशान है या चिंता में है।

यदि आप से बात करने करते समय कोई व्यक्ति बार-बार किसी चीज को देख रहा है तो समझ जाना वह उसमें इंटरेस्ट है उदाहरण यदि कोई बार-बार दरवाजे की तरफ देख रहा है तो हो सकता है, उसे बाहर जाना हो।
